Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

ReDance ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you use the ReDance mobile application (the "App").

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect analytics or usage data. It contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no tracking technology of any kind. It does not create a device identifier, and it does not collect location data. The only information that ever leaves your device is the feedback you choose to send us, described in section b below.

a. Photo Library and Video Files

To import a video, the App asks for permission to access the videos in your photo library so it can show you a list to choose from. You control the scope of this access: you may grant access to all videos, or select only specific videos ("Limited Access"), in which case the App can see only the videos you allow. The App reads videos only — it never modifies, deletes, or writes back any item in your library. When you import a video, that single video is copied to local storage on your device only.

Your videos are never uploaded to any server, and we have no ability to remotely access your content. When you delete the App, all locally stored videos are permanently removed from your device.

b. Feedback You Submit

When you send feedback through the App, the text you write, your app language, and a timestamp are transmitted to a Google Apps Script endpoint operated by us, solely so we can read and act on your feedback. Nothing that identifies you or your device is attached to a feedback submission. Feedback is entirely optional and is only sent when you tap Submit.

3. How We Use Your Information

The feedback you choose to send us is used solely to answer your question, fix problems you report, and decide what to improve next. We collect no other information through the App.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Google Apps Script — receives the optional feedback you submit through the App, as described above. Feedback data is processed on Google's servers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Videos you import are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you remove the App. Feedback messages you send are kept only as long as needed to handle them; you may ask us to delete a message you sent by contacting us at redance.hello@gmail.com.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information associated with your use of the App. Your videos are stored only on your device and are never transmitted. Feedback you send is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us at redance.hello@gmail.com and we will take prompt action.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information associated with your use of the App, or to opt out of certain data collection practices. Because the App collects nothing beyond the feedback you choose to send, in practice this concerns your feedback messages only. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at redance.hello@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
